Specialists in English sparkling wine, the Roberts have been tending the Ridgeview Estate for over 25 years. At just a 45-minute walk from Burgess Hill station, a tour and tasting make the perfect way to spend an afternoon. Alternatively, you can visit their cellar door shop, where their friendly team will be more than happy to talk through their range.
Townings Farm Shop

Townings Farm is a traditional Low Weald family farm. They use sustainable farming methods to produce the highest quality grass-fed meat, which you can purchase at their shop. You’ll also find a lovely selection of local veg, homemade preserves and store cupboards ingredients.

There’s something for all the family at Middle Farm. As well as an award-winning shop selling their own meat and freshly baked cakes, you can also enjoy saying hello to the pigs, llamas, ponies and the donkey, not forgetting Nellie, the Shire horse.

Great Park Farm

This lovely family-run farm shop has been going for over 30 years. It stocks all the fresh veg and pantry items you need. Their nursery and café are also well worth a visit.
The Little Mill Bakery

Our designer Russ often stops by the Little Mill Bakery to pick up one of their award-winning loaves. Their traditional cakes make a lovely treat.

Tottingworth Farm

250-acre Tottingworth Farm is home to an award-winning herd of Galloway, Limousin, British Blue cattle and sheep. Their spacious modern farm shop sells their own meat alongside a great selection of fruit, veg, bakery and pantry goods. You’ll often find our designer Lloyd here, picking up a few essentials.

Situated on a commercial apple orchard, Perryhill Farm Shop includes a fantastic apple juice and cider centre where you can sample their impressive collection. The shop also sells a great range of local Sussex produce, from cheeses to seasonal fruit.
Plaw Hatch Farm

Plaw Hatch Farm is a little different from other farms in that it is community-owned. Biodynamic and organic practices reduce the farm’s environmental impact, supporting community values. Any profits from the shop go back into making the farm more sustainable. And the best bit, you get to enjoy the very highest-quality fresh local produce.
Tablehurst Farm

Tablehurst Farm is another fantastic community-owned farm. Their award-winning shop stocks fresh fruit, veg, meat and dairy. And if you’re at a loose end, you can even help grow some of the produce that makes it onto your plate by volunteering.
With the South Downs and the High Weald converging on our doorstep, we’re incredibly lucky to be surrounded by a wealth of outstanding local produce.
