We had multiple discussions with Gary that helped us decide from the type of decor to the unit manufacturers and they gave us CAD images to show us what it would eventually look like which was much appreciated. Gary really understood what we were after and quickly arrived at a final design that met our needs. He was full of great ideas and accommodated our various changes of mind throughout the project. Fitting was delayed due to our son having Covid, but the team were incredibly accommodating and managed to reschedule in order to complete the entire installation before Christmas.
