Great customer service from the first moment we walked inside the HKS showroom and Lloyd has always ensured the management of the project was run on time and to a high standard. We had HKS to completely re do our kitchen from the 1st initial meeting to the finish of our kitchen my husband and I have been extremely satisfied and would highly recommend HKS. Lloyd was brilliant with the lay out of the plans all our ideas and how we use our kitchen was thoroughly thought through and discussed, we never felt pressured to rush our decisions or any changes we made to the plans. All the people we met from 1st walking in to the Heathfield branch to the installation and finish of our new kitchen we found to be professional, helpful and friendly. We had a couple of small blips a long the way as the kitchen was going in but these were dealt with extremely quickly, professionally and to our complete satisfaction, our new kitchen is amazing and we are extremely pleased with it, we wouldn’t hesitate to use HKS in the future.
